"Weaving the Navajo Way" Tapestry Workshop with Caroline Spurgeon - August 28 & 29, 2001

Learn the art of tapestry weaving in the beautiful Four Corners area at the Southwest Farm to Yarn Collective in Cortez, CO. You will be using a Cactus Flower loom for the class. Miniature projects enable you to learn the techniques of tapestry weaving on a small loom with a minimum amount of time and supplies. You will learn all the same techniques found in full-size rugs - only in small scale.

Classes are planned in daily lessons (6 hours each) over 2 days for $180.00. 10am until 5pm with an hour set aside for lunch. The small class size enables individual attention. For this to work, we must all be fully vaccinated to protect ourselves and our families.

We offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced instruction. Classes are scheduled according to interest.
